Recently, VCS Spring 2024 continued to be criticized when MC Remind misread the name of a Team Whales player, right on his birthday.
Instead of calling jungler BeanJ by his correct name, Remid repeatedly mistook him for Taki, Team Secret’s support.

Remind’s mistake was right after the match between Team Whales vs Team Secret.
After the super awkward interview mentioned above, Remind received a lot of criticism from the audience. The incorrect name calling can be inferred because the female MC did not know all the faces of the players, or was too nervous and made the mistake unconsciously.
Last season, Remind was very loved by Team Whales and the fans.
If it wasn’t BeanJ’s birthday, perhaps the story would have gone in a more humorous and lighter direction.
