The young rookie born in 2006 promoted from the Academy squad will shoulder an extremely heavy responsibility.
With Faker suffering a serious hand injury and forced to rest for at least the next two weeks, T1 promoted young talent Poby (from the Academy team) to replace him.
Being so young, it is not difficult to understand that Poby has very little playing experience and has never been exposed to a top playground like LCK.

Losing Faker made T1’s communication and command-giving in the match not go smoothly, the most obvious evidence being the 0-2 loss to DRX, a team that was considered much weaker.
In that match, T1’s players played like a dream, especially Zeus and Oner.
Practicing with the first team was so little that Poby couldn’t keep up with his teammates, while the mid laner should have been proactive in fighting and moving.

In game 1, Poby had 2 unnecessary moments where he had to lie down, the first was a solo phase with Jax, the second was a phase that was caught solo in the top lane.
In the second game, Poby’s Annie card was heavily poked by the Varus – Heimerdinger duo on DRX’s side, combined with poor internal control, making him extremely passive in combat and pushed into difficult positions.

Having said that, Poby’s debut in the T1 shirt actually had many bright spots.
In the laning phase, Poby played quite well.
In the second game, there were obvious awkwardnesses, but the early stages were generally fine.
Overall, Poby is a very potential player.
