As you know, the success of movies like Aquaman, Shazam and recently The Joker has given Warner Bros the opportunity to transform.
In addition to Man of Steel 2, Green Lantern Corp and Cyborg’s own film, The Flash is the name most mentioned because of the sad fate of this film during its preparation process… up and down, up and down, forever.
Actor Ezra Miller – who plays the role of The Flash in the DCEU Cinematic Universe, made his official debut in the movie Justice League and received many compliments for this role.
In the separate movie about The Flash, according to initial plans, its production will be led by director Rick Famuyiwa.
Famuyiwa’s decision to withdraw from the project is not the first director change for The Flash, which has since passed to Game Night helmers John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein.
The reason is said to be due to a conflict of ideas between Miller, who wanted the film to be darker, while John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein wanted the film to be lighter like Spider-Man: Homecoming or Game Night.
And when one door closes, countless others will open, their departure has helped Warner Bros.
Recently, Variety said that the movie The Flash most likely will not start filming until 2021. However, the problem is not with Warner Bros.
The real problem here is because of… schedule, because Miller will be busy filming Fantastic Beasts 3. And so, production will have to start in spring 2020.
Even with this delay, the chances of The Flash appearing on screen are not unimaginable.
The character that Ezra Miller plays is considered one of the (only) bright spots in Joss Whedon’s Justice League movie.
