Rolling prices of new `hot` SUV models launched in Vietnam

Honda HR-V, Toyota Fortuner and Mitsubishi Pajero Sport are three SUV models recently launched in Vietnam, attracting attention recently.

In Vietnam, SUV models are becoming increasingly popular and favored by many people.

Honda Vietnam only launched the new HR-V in early September.

Compared to competitors in the segment, Honda HR-V is a bit more expensive: Hyundai Kona from 636 million VND, Kia Seltos  from 589 million VND, or Ecosport from 603 million VND.

The HR -V 2020 interior is not much different from the old version.

Currently, Honda is giving away 50% of registration fee (maximum 50 million VND) to customers who buy HR-V, accordingly, the estimated on-road price of Honda HR-V 2020 in Hanoi will be 855.5 million VND.

The upgraded version of Toyota Fortuner was also launched in Vietnam last September in the context of other 7-seat high-clearance cars dominating the market share.

Toyota Fortuner 2021 is designed more sharply, especially in the Legender version with a youthful and sporty appearance.

In early October, the upgraded Mitsubishi Pajero Sport was launched in Vietnam, competing directly with the Toyota Fortuner.

The new Pajero Sport only has 2 variants with the default engine being a 2.4L diesel and an 8-speed automatic transmission.
