The Vietnamese women’s volleyball team officially ended the season after the 2023 World Women’s Club Championship in Hangzhou, China.
The year 2023 will see Vietnamese women’s volleyball participate in international tournaments in large numbers, from the region to the world.
Starting with the 2023 Asian Women’s Club Tournament in April in Vinh Phuc, the golden generation of Vietnamese women’s volleyball players, in the name of Sport Center 1 Club, excellently won the championship after overcoming a series of fierce opponents.

On the FIVB world rankings, Vietnam made great progress when surpassing the top representative in Asia, the Korean women’s volleyball team.
The Kimchi team even lost to Vietnam twice in a row at both the Asian Championship and ASIAD 19. Those were all intense professional matches with the same scenario: Korea led 2-0.
